I’ve been on keto for months now and the electrolytes are getting to be a bit much
So I have a pretty consistent routine where it’s not that big of a deal, but it’s pretty crazy to me that every day we just pee out tons of electrolytes and if I don’t supplement I’ll feel absolutely dehydrated. I’m just wondering if this is legitimately a safe lifestyle? It kind of wares on you after a while. Every day I take 2-3 saltt clean slate (unflavored) electrolyte drink mix packets along with heavily salting my meals. Most days I feel good to great but sometimes it don’t feel good at all. I was taking a lot of vitamins and minerals but it was becoming a bit much on my stomach so I stopped.
What’s your take on this?
