SACAT disputes/ hearings
Hello, I wanted others experience or outcomes of a SACAT dispute/hearing relating to an early break of lease.
My REA has tried claiming my bond (hasn’t provided me an exit inspection report) and hasn’t found a replacement tenant yet. I disputed the bond claim and now it has been referred to SACAT.
