Coming solo to Bordeaux next weekend but it's going to be 37 degrees! Looking for ideas of places to camp/rent a cabin by a river or lake with transport from Bordeaux airport as I don't want to hire a car
Arriving Sunday morning into Limoges, but from our research it looks like the only option is a 40 euro taxi into the city centre? Is there a bus we can get instead that is within walking distance of the airport?
We have found some cheap flights to Bari but we don't know where to go/stay for 3 nights and would like some ideas? We are students and on a tight budget, and don't mind social hostels/camping. Ideally we don't want to travel more than about an hour and half by public transport, and we really like swimming and hiking but we don't think we can afford the coast, but quite like the idea of an authentic small town somewhere we can get to by train? All suggestions welcome!
