If I want to increase the damage output of my S0 Changli/Lupa/Brant team by getting Sequences, what is the best order to get them in?

For example, would getting one of them to S6 be better than all three at S2? If so, should it be Changli since she's the DPS?

I'm guessing they'll all have different sweet spots for how many sequences to pull.

We can be pretty sure Lucilla will be Hiyuki's best 2nd slot option when she releases, but do you think we'll get another glacio unit to complement them so we can form a mono glacio team eventually? I'm worried I'll pull Chisa then they'll drop a direct upgrade to her a month later or something...
