Hoping someone here can help me.

I used the Chompi once and now it won’t turn on. I do see the red internal led at the charging port and I’m using the proper power brick. I’ve also tried wiping the SD Card, reinstalling firmware, and re-seating the card, all to no avail.

One thing I do notice is that there is another internal red led that I can see illuminated that is just to the right of the handle when looking at the unit from the top, I haven’t found any info on what that 2nd led might be trying to tell me.
