Legacy Cox Employees — Let’s Help Each Other Find What’s Next

With everything happening through the Cox/Charter transition, a lot of people are dealing with layoffs, relocation decisions, role changes, uncertainty, or trying to figure out what their next move is.
I wanted to create one place where people can actually help each other instead of everyone trying to navigate this alone.
If you know of companies hiring, remote opportunities, telecom jobs, customer operations, IT, billing, authentication, fraud, compliance, management, call center leadership, project work, or anything else that could be a fit for current or former Cox employees, please share it here.
If you’ve been affected, feel free to post:
what type of work you do or did
your city/state whether you’re open to remote, hybrid, or relocation the type of role you’re looking for
whether you’re open to referrals or networking
People can also use this thread to share resume help, LinkedIn tips, interview advice, recruiter contacts, severance or unemployment resources, and companies known to be actively hiring.
A lot of people gave Cox years of their lives and built real careers there. Nobody should have to figure out what comes next completely by themselves.
If you have a lead, post it. If you need help, ask. If you know someone hiring, connect people.
Let’s make this a real resource thread and help each other land on our feet

Cox Employees: How Is This Integration Actually Going for You?

I’m curious how many other legacy Cox employees are feeling the same way right now.
This whole integration has been rough to watch because these aren’t just “positions” on an org chart. These are people with families, mortgages, kids, years of service, and lives built around the jobs they were told to trust. Now people are dealing with relocation pressure, changing expectations, unclear communication, possible duplicate-role cuts, and constant uncertainty about what happens next. What makes it worse is how little empathy there seems to be for the people actually living through it. A merger this size should have been handled with transparency, teamwork, and respect. Instead, a lot of employees seem to feel like they’re being shuffled around, kept in the dark, and expected to just accept whatever comes next.
So I’m genuinely asking: how are other Cox employees being treated in your department right now? Are you getting clear communication, relocation pressure, role changes, or just being left to guess?
