Anyone else experiencing terrible mobile data in Butuan?

Is it just me, or is mobile data in Butuan ridiculously slow lately? Or sometimes wala gyud?

I notice it especially around downtown, SM, and other urbanized areas. It’s honestly frustrating, especially for someone like me who works outside, like in coffee shops, and needs mobile data/hotspot.

I also don’t usually carry cash. I usually pay through GCash/QR, but there are times when I literally can’t because the mobile data won’t load. 😭

Anyone else experiencing this, or is it just my phone?
