this is from like 4 months ago but basically, he said that in the nod krai trailer/teaser/i dont remember anymore, basically when alice got the letter about the 3 moon sisters she got it from a crow. And crows are located only in inazuma.
I'd also like to add a little bit more on this that crows are very prominent in japanese culture. In japanese art, literature, they're often used to warn travellers of impending danger, so this could be ei warning alice of the dangers up ahead. Also sara's a tengu, which is a crow(if i'm not mistaken). And the letter that was sent to alice was a paper crane, which is origami, a japanese art.
This theory is a bit of a stretch and obviously alcks evidence to back it up but i think it's interesting to think about(or this could be me hoping for raiden content)

i recently changed my zibai build so she has like 50ish cr i dont remember the exact numbers but idk why my build on akasha hasnt changed
edit: i also leveled up her talents and changed around her artifacts so she isnt supposed to have over 100% er cuz none of her artifacts have er

so it's been quite a while ince any inazuma characters appeared, or at least have a major role in the story or event. I guess the recent witch event did have itto and kirara but then mizuki didn't even show up, it was her subordinate. And itto and kirara only appeared for a short amount of time.
I joined sometime around 5.8 but i remember knowing about genshin all the way back when inazuma came out. I remember that the inazuma hype was very big back then and the hype for raiden as well. At that time i already wanted to play the game but i didn't have the device to play. And if i'm not mistaken(correct me if im wrong here), but a lot of players joined genshin during this period as well
Considering the impact inazuma and raiden had on genshin, it feels fair that hoyo gives some sort of attention to inazuma. But no, inazuma characters has had no major appearances in game since the 5.4 event. They could've at least somewhat elaborated on raiden's lore, even just a little and i'd be happy. Raiden clearly has major lore relevance there's no doubt about that at this point, but hoyo decided to ignore that and decided to give the other archons an appearance while ei and her people is still locked up in the basement.
I suppose it's bc of the geopolitical tension between japan and china but it really annoys me that politics might be the reason inazuma isn't showing up. Also it really bugs me how in the nod krai aq they mention the ETERNAL moon and raiden's not mentioned.
