Fair price or not

Hi, I want to hear your opinions and I need your advice on this
I found a Mercedes W210, 2.0 M111K and a manual transmission, has 248,000 Km, and the seller is asking the equivalent of 3000 Dollars (25K in my country's currency) , I really liked the car but I think the price is too much cause I'd have to borrow money to buy it, I have previously owned a W208 with the 6 speed manual and I'm still in love with that car, what do you think? overpriced or not?

It's my first time taking the class, I did everything right, studied every single topic, done a lot of problems, I just don't seem to understand it, I do well when I use XYZ/Natural coordinates but when the problem requires Polar or Cylindrical coordinates my brain just collapses, if you know anything that can help me with this, please tell me
