Would love honest thoughts

Haven’t been able to shake that my tip looks pointy and slightly over projected since a 2019 rhino. I don’t hate it but it really bothers me that my tip looks “tented” and not round. I also have a white patch from the cartilage poking out.

Am close to booking a revision with Dr Pearlman who does believe this would be a minor revision compared to his other complex revision cases but there are always risks. He would deproject a bit to widen the tip and add fascia.

Would welcome any thoughts on this from a third party!!! Always overthinking my nose

Following a 2019 Rhino with Kassir, I have some piece of cartilage poking out and making my skin white. Have met with Albert and Pearlman in NYC- Pearlman seems much more comfortable with revisions. Any experiences with him and/or revision tip plasty?
