Some questions about E-CTI

I’m currently a controller with the FAA. I want to know more about evals.

Does the FAA send in their QA people for scoring evals?

What happens if you don’t pass scoring wise? Is there a re-take? Do you repeat a semester?

Are you allowed unlimited or extra simulator time throughout the program or are you prohibited?
