I am an upcoming pre med and i think im cooked

SO basically the title. I feel like my grades are mid in hs and in college im going to work much harder! I definitly do not want to take a gap year tho. How many people acctually get into med school in their first attempt? Also how many people are forced to take a gap year?

So in the textbook it is given as 3 biases that are roadblocks to critical thinking given in this picture:

However in the mr sinn video it gives 3 biases that influece behaviour and mental procesess as these 3:

Mr sinn doesnt mention the perceiving or in random events bias AND myers doesnt mention the confirmation Bias. WHat do i do?
