Ah! THERE'S the reference to the story where they met!

Waiting for Lady of the Lake to become available to borrow again, so I can get to that part again..

What's the actual joke or lore about this?

I can't think of anything beyond ""I'm Larry. This is my brother Darryl, and this is my other brother Darryl." What am I missing?

Ran into this beauty on my way to the tourney grounds

I really don't recall this meetup in my initial run. There's clearly a lot I missed because I wasn't paying enough attention. I feel like my first time in Toussaint was too exciting and I rushed through it just wanting to see everything as quickly as possible...and ended up missing the little details that make this place so awesome. This time, I'm going to slow it way down.

Now really, Geralt. Can't you keep it in your britches for even a little bit?

Different strokes ig, not here to kink-shame anybody...

What's this all about?

I'm not quite in the know on lore about what appears to be two dragons?

Is this an actual side quest?

I don't remember doing this in my initial run. Did I just miss it, or is it not really a thing? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I wish I COULD ride alongside Milton and Geralt!

Would be so cool if we could play this from 1P POV! No such luck for PS5.

When you see this, you know it's gonna be a good day.

Roach is looking quite fancy with it at her side.

Finally did it!

Dude got me once with his weapon, took half my HP with one swipe! But I got him back... 🎯 🀘

This one was fun!

I got killed a few times because, at first, I didn't realize there were 3 crossbowmen. Then I got distracted by swordsmen while trying to get to them. Then I got turned around. They didn't quite one-shot me, more like two-shotted, as I play on Blood difficulty. Fourth time was a charm for me: Finally got the 3 shooters, and the other bandits were easy enough. Piercing Cold really came in handy, what with enemies coming at me from all sides all at once. Lotsa loot I promptly sold, too, afterward. 4 ⭐, would do again πŸ‘

Full disclosure: I had no idea who they were or how Geralt knew them.

I googled them and learned they were in Lady of the Lake. In my initial run, as well as during the relevant audiobook, I was likely full of Kaedweni Stout, and spaced on their stories. Now, in NG+, this journey has my actual attention (as well as Hearts, which was amazing-er than I remembered in my initial run), and Lady of the Lake has my interest. I'm replaying the audiobooks, but am only at Baptism of Fire, so Lady will have to wait.

Well, here we are..

I'm low-key excited about this. It feels like it's been a year since I've done this (in my initial run).

Are these the three in Toussaint square? Got PTSD from that experience.

They kicked my ass that night. I ended up having to run from that square, after too many failed attempts. They didn't kill me, but severely injured me enough that I fled. Anyone know how to beat them? I'm heading into Toussaint soon.

I recently tried the Piercing Cold mutation and Ohhhh. My. Word.

This ancient leshen (and the wolves around) didn't stand a chance. I don't want to depend too much on it, but damn. Plus, combined with the Aard Sweep skill (even though mine is only level 1), it's incredible. I can see how people can get addicted to this combo. This is..this is too much power for one man! No man should have the power of a god!! πŸ˜†

What's your favorite mutation/skill combo?

FYI I'm playing on B&BB difficulty, not using potions or bombs, or wearing a gear set.

My man, Geralt the Witcher, pulling no punches, with neither words nor actions

Hate to admit, but this fight gave me a little claustrophobia, as it was 5+ enemies and Geralt packed into a small stage, and they were all coming at me at the same time, faster than I could plan where to step that would not box me in. Overall, it took me 4 attempts before I defeated them.
