I have the opportunity to install 4 machines at a massive property. It’s a creative work space so I anticipate half the traffic will be tenants and half their clients.
Landlord is cool w it but obvs wants a cut, mostly for electrical pull.
I don’t mind buying the machines and doing everything myself. But monthly, what percentage of profit should I offer the property owner?
Is there a way to recalibrate/replace a grills internal thermometer? I’ve had this Kenmore Grill for maybe 3 years. Internal thermometer started being weird last summer. It sits mostly in the shade and usually covered but gets some morning sun for about 2 hours.
It’s not that big a deal since I have a physical therm to check meats but would love to fix this so I know when it reaches temp. Any ideas?
My umbrella tree is currently outdoors but we keep it indoors sometimes. It’s been outside for prob 6 weeks without any issues. Normal watering, well drained soil, it gets morning light but sits in the shade for the rest of the day with bright indirect sunlight. I started noticing these dots across some of the leaves. I checked for pests but didn’t see anything. No surrounding plants either indoor or outdoor have the same marking. Any ideas?
