Hi! If anyone in here is on wellbutrin and serataline; could you let me know how it’s been working for OCD/anxiety? I started 50mg of wellbutrin at the end of February-wasn’t really working- then doctor upped my dose to 300mg- still isn’t working. She is now going to keep me on the wellbutrin but adding sertaline. I feel super excited and hopeful that this is gonna work for me. Let me know!
Hi guys. So, i’ve never made a post on reddit before but recently started to do more research into my ROCD. I wanted to share about my rocd because most of the posts i see on here are pretty different from mine. I’m not worried that I don’t love my partner, or that he isn’t the right person for me. My fears are around him cheating on me, looking at other women, watching thirst traps on social media, talking to other girls, like you get the point. We’ve been dating for a year and are extremely happy, I have a strong feeling we are going to get married eventually. Here’s the thing that makes it so difficult: I know that he isn’t doing these things, but (as most of you also deal with) the OCD still tells me that it MIGHT be happening. Another recent thing that’s started to happen is that I keep feeling like the second something bad happens or we get into a disagreement, we need to break up. The thing is, i absolutely do not want to break up and don’t think i even could (unless he did cheat). I just want to know if there’s other people on here with these same fears. I think i’ve always had OCD, but really only got diagnosed within this past year. Growing up, i was irrationally afraid that someone was watching me/going to break into my house/going to kill me. I also always have been kinda scared of my family or friends being mad at me or that i did something wrong and i’m in huge trouble now. Sometimes i also have the type of OCD where i have to reread words backwards, touch something multiple times and with the other hand, etc. I don’t know, okay i’m typing too much byeee.
