Came back to LSPDFR and installed 0.4.9. It seems the uniforms are broken?

I played LSPDFR years ago and I recall being able to select different uniforms and different armaments. The option does show up when picking outfit but when I switch say Detective, I still look like a Officer.When I select "Swat" weapons I still just leave with a handgun and a flashlight. When I switch to LSSD, I'm still seen as a LSPD black uniform instead of the brown uniform. I am starting GTA V in offline mode.

eta: Found that StopThePed affected my weapons. Disabled Realistic Weapon System and it worked again.

How does one choose which Buddhist temple to go to?

I'm an Asian-American looking to formalize my Buddhist practice and see if it’s the right fit for my lifestyle. My background is limited to attending Vietnamese temples for Tết, which was mostly cultural and lacked English instruction.

I’m interested in Japanese and Vietnamese traditions. My original plan was to drop into different temples to find the right vibe, but I'm realizing a single visit might not give me an accurate picture. Aside from just touring temples like a tourist, what’s the best way to efficiently find a Buddhist community that fits my language needs and spiritual goals? I'm leaning towards Japanese Buddhism and Vietnamese Buddhism but unclear to how different they are.

Is my existing application invalidated after July 9?

My situation is that I finished my 35 hour PDU today, on the current/old exam, and submitted my application. If everything works perfectly I assume I'll be approved by 3rd week of June.

If I can't take the exam by July 8, what happens?

Bought wild bird seeds from Ace for bird feeder but the birds don't like the grain filler in it. What do I do with my 30 lb bag of bird feed? Returning is no longer an option.

Pretty much I'm at a lost on what to do with about 30 lb of bird feed that my neighborhood birds do not want.
