I am in desperate need of immediate help with legally breaking my lease. The main issue is with the water. I most of the day am getting hot water out of both the hot and cold water side and have been ignored. I just moved in and also had 10+ maintenance requests put in, one being the washer did not work and when fixed, the mildew was so bad it made clothes stink and now needs to be replaced. In the shower specifically too, there is no in between temperatures. It is either scolding hot or so cold it turns you blue. I can’t imagine this is “habitable conditions” and not to mention I pay over 1300 a month. Please if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it! I start work in a week and a half and have no where else to go!
