Performance review from HR

I’m an A1. Got an invite recently to a meeting with a Partner from another office + HR. After doing some research in this thread, it is obvious that this will not be good.

My question is, what should I do? Take the PIP or CT? I don’t love the job, and the office politics have snuck up on me pretty quickly to where I don’t have the same enjoyment being with the people I work with. It’s like they look down on me now.

What are the pros to the PIP and CT? What should I make sure I do before if/when I leave the firm? (Pulling out investment money, taking advantage of benefits, things like that). All thoughts are welcome. Really didn’t see this coming a month ago.

Previous KPMG x OVO Post

Saw a post a day or two ago referring to a KPMG x OVO collab. Is that real? lol I can’t find the post anymore, must’ve been deleted. Also remember saying Canada employees got an email about it
