Non-traditional international student

Hi! I’m from the US and I’ll be moving to Cork near the end of the year for a job on a work visa. I’m considering taking part time classes to keep my US loans on in school deferment. I’m 37 which definitely makes me non-traditional and I’m international, which makes me wonder 1) how possible would it be for me to take classes? 2) would it be worth it or would I regret being the “elder” student. If it matters I have a bachelors and a Doctorate, I’d want to work towards a masters then maybe a PhD and I’m kind of looking at the Health and Wellbeing program but I’d happily switch it up too
