So I am being moved to another med surg unit after my boss said I was overwhelmed. I have a new colleague and she is learning her role still but doesn’t jump in to help. I’ve been staying until 7. The nurse manager n mds have been getting snippy ( half the time pts are medically uncleared).

My boss said after the convo I’ll be moved.

I also said how come my rn colleague doesn’t contribute in rounds. I’ve been working on really hard cases while my colleague hasn’t been jumping in. Am I being moved because they think I’m unable of doing my job? Or they want to see how the unit will function without me
