For the life of me, I cannot locate this last JTF note artifact. I've scoured the map in as great detail as I can. I cannot locate it anywhere. No icon anywhere. I get all the other icons, but none for this last artifact.

Found at local park. Seems to large to be a squirrel, there are plenty here. Duck maybe? I dont know if there's even enough to get a solid id. Tia.
