NBDHE 08/08

How did everyone feel about the August 8 NBDHE?
I’ve been scrolling through posts trying to find some comfort, so I wanted to hear from others who took it on August 8. 😭

The first 100 questions felt okay to me, but the second 100 completely threw me off. The questions themselves were pretty straightforward, but the answer choices had me second-guessing everything. I also found the case studies more challenging than I expected.

I studied mainly with Booster, reviewed the rationales, did some AndyRDH/StudentRDH questions and mocks, and used ChatGPT for extra practice. My exam honestly felt like a little bit of everything, and most of it is already a blur.

Now I’m just overthinking everything while waiting for results later this week. The thought of having to prepare to take it again is actually nauseating. For those who took it August 8, how did you feel walking out? Did anyone else feel worse about the second half?

Booster Scores in the High 60s/Low 70s—Should I Be Worried? ⭐

I’ve been using Booster for about a month now, along with reviewing some Andy RDH questions. I’ve been studying every day, but at this point my brain just feels overloaded with information.
I checked to see if I could reschedule my exam to give myself more time, but there aren’t any appointments available for the next two months. My Booster scores have mostly been in the high 60s to low 70s, and it’s honestly starting to make me panic.
I’m not trying to memorize questions—I actually want to understand the material. Seeing so many people post Booster scores in the high 70s and 80s before passing is making me feel like I’m not where I should be.
For those who have already taken the NBDHE, what were your Booster scores leading up to the exam? Did you find Booster easier than the actual boards? Would you recommend using any additional resources with less than two weeks left, or should I just stick with Booster and keep reviewing my weak areas?
Any advice or reassurance would really help. Thanks!
