Poland as nearshore software location, strengths beyond “EU membership”
For those who have worked with Polish developers or teams, what do you think actually makes Poland work well as a nearshore location?
I’m less interested in rankings or salary comparisons and more curious about the everyday side of it.
How have you found communication, reliability, ownership and collaboration with Polish teams? And if you’ve also worked with teams in countries like Romania, Bulgaria or Ukraine, did you notice any meaningful differences?
Would be good to hear what your experience has actually been like.
