Hey i’ll be at UVA over the summer for an internship. I was wondering what type of things there is to do. More specifically hiking trail wise and going out wise. I am not 21 technically, but have an id iykwim😶. If there is anything else cool that I should do while here over the summer, I would love to know! I am a mostly active and like lively activity’s.

As the title suggests, i’m mainly wondering how these research programs look on your application to medical school? I could see how completing research at super prestigious colleges such as harvard, yale, etc. could help but is it the same effect for something like UVA SRIP? Do these programs look any better than just doing research at your home institution?
