Help - Juvenile Veiled

I came home and he is in the same spot as when I woke up today. He won’t open his eyes and got dark patches when I was misting his enclosure. What do we think?

New Veiled owner

Hi guys! Just got my veiled chameleon today. I need tips. He is very malnourished so I gave him crickets in calcium (no d3)… I attached photos of his enclosure and him. Please any help or tips are appreciated
