Miami or Korea for Breast Lift Surgery after massive weight loss 🙏🙏??
m 4’9 and around 90 lbs now. Before weight loss I naturally had a larger chest (DD-H depending on my weight). I recently lost about 80 lbs and now I have almost no upper pole fullness, mostly loose skin and very saggy breasts. I’m basically -AAA on top and maybe a B cup on the bottom, but fit a 32C.
I’ve been looking into an auto-augmentation breast lift with maybe fat transfer, but I don’t hear much about it so I’m unsure how long lasting it is or if it’ll give enough fullness. I’m also considering going slightly bigger, but I still want a natural look. I like when naturally bigger breasts have a little drop, I just want a lott more upper fullness and cleavage without looking super fake or “inflated.”
If I absolutely have to get implants I’d probably want a lift + implant + fat transfer combo. Since I’m petite I want fuller, perkier breasts that still fit my body naturally. I’m thinking about Miami or Korea since I go to Korea often and the pricing/techniques seem good there. I cannot spend any more than 10k usd and I also really like koreas natural hip fat transfer so it’d be nice to get both done at once. Any advice or experiences would really help, thank you!
