Placed order May 3, have been in contact with customer service 4 times. Unable to provide estimated shipping time or reason for delay. Basically say they don’t know when it will be shipped, get the run around. Disappointed in service, leaning towards canceling but don’t know of any other reliable sources to order from. Any recommendations appreciated.
