Recently uor robot updated and I take value for shooter from dist and RPM and make data sheet. How i can make data sheet if I have got pinpoint odometry.Did i need to take speed from it and make 3D graph

I have got autonomous that i code for 2 days but how i can improve the time spend in it becaude the last 2 poses are not running because of the time.Did i need to tune breaking strength or shoot while moving make speed at max. Can u give me advice

I have got error with my pinpoint odometry. It shows me inaccurate date of x and y when i come back to start position the error is about 100 inches, while if i make forward and come back to position it is about 4 inches. can someone help me
