It’s one of your own !!!

I am kinda joking but I’m on train and there is a LIRR employee on board (in uniform so it’s obvious) and watching videos on his phone with the volume all the way up. As much as I’d like to I do not ask people to use headphones or lower their volume any more. Not worth it. So I rant here. Deal with it.

I know customer service industry sucks. I get it. But this is your job and on the Hempstead line in and out of GC there is one conductor on each train that is miserable. Not just me noticing. No matter how friendly we are she has a death stare even when treated pleasantly. Coming home there is a guy same thing - I’ve seen him argue with people for no reason - it’s like he is enjoys being an asshole. People - you are the face of the rail road. The one employee that is customer facing (on the train) - come on step it up people.
