Feel like body is falling apart [35m]

Don’t know if that’s actually venting or not.
Posting here without an official hEDS diagnosis, already got genetic analysis done to rule out any other but i do fulfill all criteria for hEDS.
Doctor i’m seeing is struggling to actually call the diagnosis because my knees and elbows don’t over extend. Oh well, will see.

Since over a year, i keep getting more problems.
Symptoms of TOS on both sides, popping in and out hip joints, same on both thumbs. Arthritis basically hips downwards and hands, Confirmed ADHD Diagnosis and MCAS to top it off.
And all that combined with working in aviation maintenance as a technician.
And let me tell you, shaky hands because of restricted blood flow while fixing a helicopter engine is no fun.
I mean, i get around and found my ways of working, but it’s agonizing and frustrating. My mind can less and less deal with a body that’s not doing what i want and how i want it. Or at least how im used to it doing things.
I’ve always been active in sports and working with my hands. Couldn’t wrap my head around switching to a desk job.

I think i lost track of what i wanted and where to go with this. It just feels good to say it out loud and maybe it’ll start some convos.

Thanks for “listening” <3
