Does this engine sound healthy?

Short clip. This is a 1982 240D that's been swapped with an OM617 turbo. Recent valve adjustment and diesel purge, but have not inspected the injectors yet. Accelerates to 60 in 13.9 seconds and gets 26 MPG, no obvious performance issues besides minor shaking, but was curious if there is anything out of the ordinary you guys can hear.

Meet Laika, my 1982 240D 4-speed manual which I bought a month ago. Previous owner swapped the stock OM616 engine for an OM617 turbodiesel. Still got a lot of work to do, but she's the best car I've ever driven.

Picked her up for $2400 and two six-packs of Modelo. (Unpatched negotiation technique)

45,436 is not the actual mileage, the previous owner installed a different speedometer during the engine swap. Said speedometer is also not tuned to the right differential ratio and as a result reads about 10-15mph below the actual speed. But hey, that makes the car feel faster than it actually is!
