I’ve recently applied for this role and am in the process of completing my application steps. I applied to this role due to my interest in the avionics industry and the qualifications i would gain. But i’ve been seeing a lot of people complain about the workload compared to the pay in this role. Is this a serious problem with the role or is it manageable? I’m not bothered about earning loads of money, more in it for the experience but obviously is a factor I should consider. If so are there any better professions I could apply for?

I have recently applied to the RAF and I’m hoping to do WSOp. Just a question for anyone who knows, what type of jobs do people get in the civilian world after being a WSOp as I’m struggling to find info online. I don’t have a plan for the amount of time I want to stay in the RAF (hopefully a long time) but just questioning the transferability of the role to the civilian world????
