Can I still break in MBB Consutling w a Management degree

Like the title says. Im going to Warwick in UK and was jst wondering if doing Management will disadvantage me alot, compared to like finance/math student also tryna break in finance

damn i got A*A*AAAABB igcse equivalent, is it that bad? i mean i knew it was mid but didnt think it wld be the reason i get rejected tbh. the B was in foreign laguage FRENCH and CS
