Ive talked to her on call at first she was like I don't consent to record the call (still i have recordings idgaf) and i discussed all the problems at first she told me that are nahi mene apni end se apko bola tha utkarsh batch lene then i told her ki aapne kaha dono me materials are same and lectures too so i bought it then she be like ni ni mene to utkarsh k bola so i told her my concern is that teachers are changing and i can't understand things in classes etc u can see my previous post , then she told me okay I'll talk to team and provide u one on one mentorship at next slot (apko Hi priority di jayegi sbse pehele mentorship k schedule me) bla bla , she told me I'll provide info and solution till tonight but see there's no response yet , I'm tired of them , i want my freakin moneyy they are scammers fr. They're saying they will provide offline mocks But when??? In december?

I joined 12 MTC after being told by Keshav Malpani’s team that the classes would be after 4 PM and beginner friendly. I was also told there was basically no major difference between Yodha and Utkarsh batches. But after joining, classes started at 3 PM and the teaching level was not from basics at all. The batch felt completely different from what was promised during counseling.

I tried adjusting for the whole month of May and instead ended up wasting time, feeling stressed, and falling behind. The most disappointing part was when I raised my concern directly to Keshav Malpani sir during a live session on Sunday, 17 May, expecting some genuine solution or support. Instead, I was told to “upgrade” by paying the remaining amount of money (ive already wasted 33k now he want me to waste more fuckkkk). Honestly, that response shocked me because my issue was already about being placed in the wrong setup, not about buying another batch which isn't a solution i guess cuz at this point I'm feeling so behindd, also seniors told me to complete my syllabus as fast as i can but they aren't uploading lectures 🙂🙏🏻or anything at time i guess in sbka syllabus November me khtm hoga , I don't want to be there anymore, no proper scheduling, no proper info , just PR game and nothing else. I can study better myself than theseeee coaching institutes now

At this point, I genuinely just want a refund. Students join coaching for guidance, not to feel misled after enrollment. Has anyone else faced something similar with 12 MTC or other coaching institutes? And what should i do next? Please drop some genuine suggestions i want my money back and don't want to spend moreeeeee..
