I thought Jurassic World was the silliest film ever but I'm half way through Fallen Kingdom and how did this even get made? It is terrible in every single way. What an absolute mess, not scary, not funny, just ridiculous.
I was diagnosed with t2 in May, had been pre for a while without having it explained to me what that means. I was given 500mg of metaformin to take twice a day. No problems there, I am lucky enough to not have any side effects and my a1c has dropped from 53 to 43 in 3 months, I've lost just over a stone in weight.
My problem is that I have started to measure and weigh every gram of food and I feel like I can always have a bit less.
I'm not sure what the hell is happening but I find myself going to bed early to avoid eating or drinking water to fill myself up.
I still need to lose about 50lbs so I'm not going to starve to death but I feel like I'm going crazy.
Please help.
