Discharge, maybe medicaid?
Hey. My company sent out an email last week(one of the massive. Nationwide companies, operating in nearly every state). The email said that we are going to be discharging ALL Optum clients after their current auth period. I've never heard of something like this. Is this normal? Justifiable?
Anyone else having anything like this happen?
