Ex-wife appears to be dodging service for QDRO in Texas — what are the next steps?

My divorce is finalized, and my attorney is trying to process the QDRO so the retirement funds can be divided. The only thing needed at this point is my ex-wife’s signature, but she appears to be avoiding service.

There have already been three unsuccessful attempts to serve her.

What are the typical next steps when someone seems to be dodging service for a QDRO-related signature? Can the court compel the process to move forward without her cooperation?

Received My EEOC Right-to-Sue Letter — Waiting to Hear From My Lawyer.

I recently received my EEOC right-to-sue letter via email.

I have already notified my attorney, but I haven’t heard back from him yet. I plan to call his office on Monday to discuss the next steps and overall strategy for moving forward.

For anyone who has gone through this process:
What usually happens after the right-to-sue letter is issued?

How long does it typically take for a lawsuit to be filed?

Does receiving the letter change anything if an attorney is already representing you?

I understand there is a 90-day deadline to file suit, but I’m curious what the process generally looks like from this point.

Any insight or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone successfully transferred from Lockheed Martin in the U.S. to an international position?

I currently work for Lockheed Martin as an Material Handler Sr and I’m curious about the possibility of transferring to an international role, particularly in Germany or another European country.

I have experience with SAP, inventory management, materials coordination, and supporting manufacturing operations.

I’m trying to understand:

Does Lockheed Martin allow employees to transfer internationally?

Is there a minimum amount of time you need to work before applying?

Would I need to apply as an internal candidate, or is there a formal transfer process?

Does Lockheed provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance? How competitive are international roles?

Would having a security clearance help or limit my options?

I’m also open to hearing from anyone who has moved from Lockheed to another international company such as Airbus, Bosch, or Siemens.

Any insight into the process, timeline, and realistic expectations would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
