I am being taken off Metoprolol after being on it since 2017 and starting Diltiazem. Does anyone have experience with this?
Thank you!
P.S. I have already tapered down and have been at 12.5 now every third day for a while. I will be off Metoprolol completely for a week and then will start the Diltiazem. I am feeling anxious about it.

I am procrastinating something I should be doing but also have a little down time this weekend. I want to do something kind of fun. (fun for me anyway... 😆)
I'd like to send out a few random postcards with a Friends (TV show) quote. I think I am going to limit myself to sending 4 on this go around. I might open it for more if I have time though.
Comment with the character you'd like a quote from and I will message you for your mailing address if you are chosen. Please don't feel like you need to limit yourself to the 6 main characters. 😊
I am almost ready to just find some really good drugs (like Mary Jane) and spend the rest of my years high as a kite.
Doctors suck.
Pain sucks.
Fatigue sucks.
Anxiety sucks.
Insomnia sucks.
So, being real - what are my options?
I am tired. My blood pressure is way too low (under 90/60 most days of the week). My cholesterol is too high (but they don't want me on a statin). My other blood work is "normal."
I am anxious, sweaty, exhausted, grumpy, unmotivated, and in almost constant pain.
What do?
Edit: I have been on the estrogen patch for about 4 years now. It helps a little. I can't imagine what I would be like without it.
Edit #2: Thank you all for sharing your experience. I appreciate you!

I am the latest recipient of HopHope98's traveling postcard. There are two empty spaces left. Would you like to be next?
The theme is - a piece of advice you'd give your younger self.
I would prefer to send to someone outside the US as 3/5 of us who have written on it are in the US and there are only 2 spots left.

What a fun & magical LF inspired postcard! 🌈🍦 Thank you!
My taste buds have changed drastically in the past year or so. Anyone else experience this? Sometimes I stick something in my mouth and it tastes spoiled or moldy and I have to spit it out. Husband thinks it tastes fine. Smells are different now, too.
I am 54, hysterectomy almost 10 years ago, on estrogen patch.
Edit: Thank you for sharing your similar experiences. I am sorry we're all going through this.
May the 4th be with you!
I have several Star Wars postcards from the box set of 100 collectible comic book covers.
Please comment with which one(s) you're interested in based on the brief description. I will reach out if you're chosen for one.
And
