EY toxicity

I am currently on my notice period. I received an internal opportunity but now my bosses are creating trouble and having ego battle. They said they might not approve it. I m on deadline here and they said the decision is upto us and we need more time. They feel I've lied to them about why m leaving but my stance of toxic manager has been the same..and that under her I was unable to manage family and career. Can they stop my internal transfer?? Has anyone else experienced this??

Big4 and pregnancy

I resigned from my Big 4 job and got an external offer at ₹24 LPA (vs my current ₹14.72 LPA) — but before my last day, an internal opportunity came up in a different team with a better manager, stable environment, and strong maternity policy, with increment promised at October appraisal. Plot twist — I’m 7 weeks pregnant and nobody at work knows. Do I take the safe internal route or the bigger money externally knowing I’ll be visibly pregnant in a new company by October? What would you do?

Also for context — how well do Big 4 firms in India actually treat pregnant women? Is the maternity policy as good as it sounds on paper or does the reality look different? How does sir affect appraisal and promotion.. it'll be 4 years for me ..this September. Would love to hear from anyone who’s been through it.

Hi everyone
I started ozempic on 15 Jan..from 0.25 mg..and gradually increased the dosage. My last one was 1.7 mg this April on 22. I lost 8 kgs in 4 months that helped in improved cycle, insulin, hbA1c.

On 25 April I got positive pregnancy test and obviously stopped the moment I got positive result. I visited my doc on 3 may and she was very negative or maybe trying to protect her own self ..but suggested or leaned more towards Terminating the pregnancy. I am here seeking advice and support.. can anyone tell me who has had ozempic baby..how is the baby, the journey, problems? What should I do..this is driving me crazy and causing stress at the same time.
