Hello smart people that didn’t buy an ender 5s1, I unfortunately did and got scammed by Creality as they have completely stopped help with this machine and told me to get a new one at my expense.

the problems I have had have been vast and numerous, the current one and the fatal one is that I keep getting a message on my sonic pad telling me that my print is “unable to parse move …”, this comes up with every print, 3 different usb and an sd card, Creality haven’t been of help wondering if you lovely people can be, any help would be great, thanks folks

That new update just completed it, was playing resurgence last night so I know everything was fine before, finished update and now it keeps telling me that I do not meet secure attestation requirements, anyone had this?
