FREE THE MODS
I'm new to 2k26 modding but no stranger to being an active modder myself, contributing hundreds of hours on content for the purpose of sharing and supporting the community.
WWE's modding scene is jaw dropping. I signed up to 3 mod creators a couple of months ago and I'm honestly disgusted. Full disclaimer, the mods work and the content was as promised.
But the arrogance from the mod teams, banning anyone who speaks out of turn or even questions the scummy monetization of what should be free to the community. Notably PWM dishonestly gaslights the general public by offering out-of-date versions for free which don't work with current patches in an attempt to appear philanthropic (yes, you need that patreon subscription to download anything that works).
I would like both these sites to either show proof of 2k's endorsement to monetize their IP without their permission. If unable, then request these paywalls be dropped and switched to a voluntary donation. Outside that I'd like to mass flag them to 2K for use of their IP and let their legal team take care of the rest.
End goal is I'd like to see these creators stop acting like the corporations we're apparantly meant to be better than.
