I made a Spotify release planner after getting overwhelmed trying to promote my own music

I've been making music for about 3.5 years now. And the more responsibilities I have the more difficult it became to make sure my rollouts were solid.

Every rollout started feeling chaotic but I mainly struggled with teaser clips, TikTok ideas, follow-up content, tracking what actually worked

I kept forgetting things or posting randomly, so I started building a simple release-planning system for myself in Canva to organize (WHICH I RECOMMEND EVERYONE DOES!!!)

I was able to kinda play around on it and figure out the major basics IMO. Better organized content ideas, achievable rollout timelines, playlist tracking, promo checklists

Honestly, it reduced a LOT of stress because I finally had a repeatable structure instead of improvising every release.

One thing I’ve noticed, unfortunately most indie artists don’t actually need more motivation, we literally just needed a system.

Curious to know what y'all think and what’s the MOST overwhelming part of releasing music for you right now?

If anyone wants it, I can share screenshots of the template setup I made for myself.
