Hi everyone,

I have a Primavera P6 question regarding progress calculations.

My resource setup is as follows:

• Labour resources are assigned with units only (no labour cost is loaded).
• Material resources are assigned with costs equivalent to the BOQ value of each activity.
• Therefore, almost the entire activity budget comes from material resources, while labour resources are used only for manpower planning.

My question is:

1. On what basis does Primavera calculate:
   • Schedule %
2. If labour resources have units but no cost, do they have any influence on these percentages?

I am trying to understand exactly which fields/resources Primavera uses behind the scenes for these calculations.

Any examples would be greatly appreciated.
