Started picking my skin without a second thought. Can we undo this?
Yeah I screwed myself by being too close to a mirror. Hindsight is 20/20
I would really like to cancel done damages if possible. I feel so silly for purposely scarring my cheeks. Ive read stuff in subreddits but if anyone would like to offer me ideas/ directions I would appreciate it. For example I wonder if I should start Tretinoin ASAP or wait until the heaviest sunshine season passes. What are my chances to remove these scars?
