Does anyone know when the future update comes out?

Every time I ingest weed I feel like metal bugs are crawling in my skin and tearing into my organs mainly my heart and tongue. I took edibles recently and felt screws twisting into my shoulders, it is so bad I can taste blood and feel the crawling under my skin. Is this normal?
