Tightness between shoulder blades from 15, now getting worse at 20.

My back has been hurting a lot. For a while, like since I was 15. it started as like a tightness. Not rlly pain but a tight uncomfortable feeling between and under my shoulder blades. That got me cracking my back because that made it feel better. I kept finding new ways to crack it, and even in public like if i went shopping and walked for 2 hours the uncomfortable tightness and dull ache was so bad that I had to sit and crack it which relieved it so much. I'm now 20 and it's a lot worse. it's now actually starting to hurt, my lower back too. I've been cracking above my tailbone now too and xracking it over table ledges (backwards) to relieve it because it's such an incredibly uncomfortable feeling. My lower back looks like it's curved inwards, and then higher back around my shoulder blades is slouches outward (to the rear). Does anyone know what causes this?

Long story short: Higer back ache and tightness since I was 15, got much worse when standing/walking for a long time. Been cracking my back to relieve it, but it's getting worse now I'm 20. My back also has a weird posture.

Emailed Ken Thompson about the UNICS to UNIX namechange. Actually got a reply!

Of course I asked him if it's okay for me to share this on the internet. Really didn't expect him to respond!

I've been trying to learn this song on guitar, but I just can't seem to wrap my head around what's happening in the beginning guitar riff of this song. It just feels like the guitar is on and off beat at the same time and for some reason it just doesn't process in my head. Can any of you with more knowledge on music theory tell me what's actually happening here?

The song; https://youtu.be/Vr6p0K9LHCA

And a cover of it where you can see what the guitar is doing: https://youtu.be/BXDaW4haMC4
