Espresso Series 1 Cleaning Cycle Confusion
Why does the Series 1 give me different drink amounts for each maintenance option. Shouldn't they all be the same? I use a scale for weight based espresso making as opposed to the fully automated way that the machine supports. That being said when I pull a shot of espresso or make a drink I usually go through the menu since I know there is a fault and that the machine doesn't count the drinks if you use the piano keys currently.
I haven't run any of the maintenance cycles yet and I was wondering if you guys are having the same issues and how you're dealing with it. Are you manually keeping track of the shots pulled? How often are you running these cleaning cycles? Also, if anyone at fellow would like to weigh in on their best advice that would be great.
TLDR: Espresso Series 1 maintenance intervals seem unreliable, and I am wondering what other owners are doing to compensate for this.
