But you did not resign yourself to the end. Caleb could not leave like this, you could not allow him to abandon you now, so you did what you had to do, a last desperate act of love that cost you your soul.

You watch the room's exit door in the distance with strangeness, you plunge into anguish, a deep displacement where there should only be the rejoicing of good news, your boyfriend is alive, but where is the happiness? His touch is not warm, only rigid, automatic, the new leather of his gloves creaks as he moves his fingers through your hair.

"You are distracted." Caleb whispers. "Is everything okay?"

You raise your head to look into the eyes that are the mirror of yours, the traces you seek seem to be there, but your soul does not recognize him. "I'm fine." The answer is mechanical, you repeated it so many times until it became true. You stand up and hug him, the scent of apples and begonia invades your nostrils, the floral and fruity notes are mixed with a vinegary or alcohol-like smell, like fermented apples, rotten apples. "I'm glad you're alive." You babble tearfully, despite the conflict and doubts that reside in your heart, you are moved to still have a piece of the person you love alive.

But at what cost?

This is the question you soon begin to ask. At what cost? Caleb’s hand closes on your scalp in a painful grip, panic settles into your bloodstream, releasing adrenaline into your vessels, your chest burns, you struggle to push him away, but he keeps your face pressed against his uniform, the insignia pierces the skin of your cheek, spilling drops of your precious vital fluid. "Shhh," Caleb shushed you, to show that your resistance is useless, his arm around your waist squeezes your ribs until you feel them crack, you punch his back desperately before that suffocating embrace ends. He drops you abruptly and you stagger backward, with the insignia stuck to your face. "I thought you were happy." Caleb suddenly approaches, with those wide, dead eyes, his skin pale, with a bluish undertone, incapable of producing warmth. You did this to him, it's all your fault, which is why you force yourself to stare at the entity pretending to be your boyfriend, and it stares back at you, you feel your heart freeze. "You don't seem very happy right now."

This season was such a relief compared to the last one, but Team B put up a fight. I had to resurrect my Colonel, never thought I’d use him again since Netherlord made me lowkey lazy, but it was nice getting out of my comfort zone. I made some silly mistakes that could've been avoided, and I recorded the runs, but I highly recommend an FA with 4k+ DEF. Cleared Team B with 0s left. Team A and C were flawless, my baby X-02 and my love Netherlord carried hard. Didn't even bother using Stellamatch on Team C cuz I was too tired to switch my protocores, lol. If anyone is struggling with a team, let me know, maybe I can help out! :)

To wrap up Caleb's birthday celebrations perfectly: Gravity Orbit 150 brute force with NE R3! I was stuck in this hell for months, and I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to clear this orbit until I got his purple cards, but Netherlord carried me so hard. Unfortunately, I couldn't record the second phase; it took me about six attempts to get the rotation right. It was incredibly difficult, and I highly admire anyone who cleared this stage with X-02 because I just couldn't do it, even with around 9.8k ATK.
Pro tip: Do not break the dragon's shield before its HP locks, and don't use your ultimate, wait! You will have about 38 seconds and 2 HP bars to kill it. In its vulnerable state, you can bring it down to just half an HP bar, and that's when the real battle begins. But don't panic! Activate the Yin-Yang crossing with about 10 seconds left, and you'll manage to defeat the dragon with just 2 seconds to spare. Happy birthday Caleb and Pipsqueaks/baby sisters! 🫶🏻😊
Another SHC 36/36 ⭐️ with Caleb! Here are a few tips from an extremely lazy battle girl.
Team A:
It was way too easy compared to last season. I finished the battle with about 15 seconds to spare without having +9k ATK or +120% DBW. I made a few mistakes, and my performance would've been better if I had actually taken this first phase seriously.

Team B:
HERE IS THE REAL CHALLENGE! You WILL need high stats on this team, there's no other choice. You'll want to take down the Myst Boss with under 40 seconds left because EVERY SINGLE DAMN SECOND COUNTS. You can't afford to mess up the Netherlord rotation or get hit more than once. I used 1 HP cube, 1 EBB cube, 3 DBW Deltas, and 1 HP Delta, but the less HP you have, the higher the risk of missing some stars. The minimum is 155k, but your DBW needs to be above 135%, 200% CRIT DMG and +40 CRIT rate. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives, and I tried sooooo many times.

A piece of cake, I actually got bored playing it. A hybrid build, although not necessary (I didn't change a single protocore LOL, just went in and out without any trouble).

Hi everyone! This is my second 36/36 SHC clear using only Caleb teams. This season was relatively easy compared to the last one; you don't really need very high stats. Even though I have R3 Netherlord, the battle was actually kind of boring lol, it ended way too fast. If anyone has any questions, I'm happy to help!
