Planning to open an NRI account with international access, mostly for remittances and some savings.

What fees and charges should I expect when maintaining an international bank account for NRIs. Talking about account maintenance, minimum balance penalty, forex conversion markup, wire transfer charges, all of it.

Also want to know if there are any hidden charges banks don't mention upfront, heard some banks charge for inward remittance too. Which banks are more transparent on this compared to others. Thanks in Advance :)
