Genuine question, are lifetime plans permanently phased out? Or will it come back again in the near future even for a temporary period?

I know it is better for the company long term to have it as subscription payment especially running a cloud based company. However, I was just wondering as a student who currently only has a limited amount of money and is not able to pay a monthly nor a yearly subscription. But of course, after graduating and having a stable income, will definitely pay a subscription for a cloud.

A genuine question, it might sound ignorant. But, How to remove Filen folder from my iCloud File app?

After the update, it just appeared there. I know there is a toggle button to turn the File Provider off. However, it is automatically turned off and it is still in my iCloud File app. I already tried turning it on and off.

I do not like my Filen data to be accessible on iCloud File app because even if I had the password on my Filen app, I could still access the Filen folder freely on the iCloud File app. I could see the contents without any password.

Please help, thank you!

Edit:
I tried restarting my phone. I also tried uninstalling and downloading the Filen app. However, it still shows up in my Files app with the toggle File Provider turned Off.
